I am going to get the hang of these out-the-window pictures, but it might take the rest of my life. In the meantime, well, hey. The miracle here is that it’s February in western Washington and there is sunlight here and there. This is not a normal thing. Oh, it happens, for a few minutes at a time, but in this case it has been days and days and days and then more days.
Of course the other thing about western Washington is that it usually rains a lot in winter (and Fall, and Spring) and so trees and weeds and shrubs and ground covers are growing all the time, remorselessly. And that’s good. Makes for lovely scenery. But then when you show the pictures of Incredible Sunshine in February what you mostly see is trees and shadows.
